RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Ivory Princess will not refund dresses for change of mind. Dresses will not be refunded or replaced if they have been used or are damaged. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your gown or you believe that there is a fault. Please contact us immediately. From here Ivory Princess will ask for images to be emailed as evidence of the fault. If we can not determine the fault through photographs we ask that you return the gown to us as soon as possible. Ivory Princess will then determine whether the fault of the gown was during manufacture. If this is the case we will take the necessary steps to have the dress/gown repaired or altered. Ivory Princess reserves the right to reject request to have purchases refunded or returned if we believe that there was no fault in manufacture. If Ivory Princess is able to make necessary alterations or repairs to mend a gown, where a customer believes there is a fault, this gives Ivory Princess the right to reject requests for a refund.

The Returns Policy only applies under the following conditions:

1.Ivory Princess must be notified by phone or in writing within 24 hours of the receipt of your gown to request a refund, repair or replacement. After the return or refund has been discussed with a team member from Ivory Princess, we will then provide you with a returns form to be completed by you. The gown/s must be shipped back to Ivory Princess within 2-5 days from the date that it was received by the customer. All shipping costs and insurance to have the gown returned to Ivory Princess are the responsibility of the customer. After this period purchases will not be accepted for return unless decided otherwise by Ivory Princess.

2. If a purchased gown is to be returned, any returns must be sent back to Ivory Princess in the same, new condition as what it was received by the customer. Gowns will be inspected if returned. All tags must still be attached and there should not be any marks or odours (cigarette smoke, make up) on the gown. From here Ivory Princess will take the necessary actions to have to gown altered or repaired. Gowns must be unused.

3. Ivory Princess will not refund or replace gowns for change of mind or if the wrong size was ordered for a custom made gown. To avoid having a gown sent to a customer in the incorrect size, Ivory Princess recommends that customers order a stock standard size that may be a little larger to allow for alterations, or if a customer plans to lose weight for a wedding or event.

4.If you have ordered an incorrect standard size (thought you were a 14 when you are actually a 12 for example) this is not the responsibility of Ivory Princess. We recommend that you are definite when you take your measurements when choosing sizes. However if you have ordered a size 14 for example and receive a 10 please notify Ivory Princess immediately by email or phone and we can take the necessary actions to have the correct size sent over. Ivory Princess will cover the cost of shipping if the incorrect size has been sent to a customer through stock standard sizing.

5. If a customer has ordered a stock standard size and it does not fit, Ivory Princess will not replace or refund the purchase.

6.Made to measure gowns – These purchases are only replaced or refunded if the gown has not been manufactured to the sizes specified or there Is a fault in the manufacture.
